Everytime I boot up the PC (or most of the time), the mouse goes off-screen at the right side. I have to press Windows+P and switch from "Extended" to "Computer only" (I only have 1 monitor).
    How can I fix it?

My guess is it's a problem with your graphics driver? Try another version (upgrade or downgrade if you're on the latest) to see if it sorts you out. Also try the other DVI/VGA port if you have two.

What is the name of the imaginary secondary monitor (in display properties)? Chances are it may be a fake display created by some application.
