MCF thread: http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/...s-updated-111/

After one long month of hard work, constant partying, and lots of TF2, we are finally able to release the BEST community/ collaboration texture pack in the history of Minecraft. What started out as a simple collaboration between a few inexperienced artists has quickly grown into a full out project with the intent of being the best collaboration pack you'll ever lay your eyes on. Jungles, vines, temples, and fucking tiki heads. What more would you want? So without further adieu, Leostereo, Lilyo, Thimontheluff, Galago, CowThing, and The Barinade (with help and support from Dustyboozer, Strdr, and Alanay) present to you ..... JUNGLE RUINS!

-You will need to download OPTIFINE (this will also fix the white spiders and endermen) or MCPATCHER in order to see the water and lava (soon to be animated!) and compass and watch.
-Most 1.9 texture are NOT YET COMPLETED and we are using the default as placeholders.
-We recommend you use MATMOS with this pack! It adds great atmosphere to the game.
-You can download the Rainforest Valley map HERE if you want to.
-Some of the textures are subjected to change soon and some are not fully completed yet
-Show your support by posting your suggestions and comments in the thread! (WARNING: Think before you post)

MAIN ARTISTS: CowThing, Galago, Leostereo, Lilyo, The Barinade, Thimontheluff

This doesn't look half bad. Reckon you could take a picture of the pack with that 'Test Track' thing?

I refrained at first because a lot of things are unfinished and alternatives that aren't shown (birch wood, pine wood, various pumpkins, and many more), but here you are regardless.

Wow, this is actually really amazing.

If I actually wanted to use skins in Minecraft, I'd surely use this one often.

Spot on.

That is a really nice texture pack, I'll definitely be using it whenever it's released.

The only thing I don't like are the ore blocks.

Explosive pixels.

Various blocks prove to be totem pole ingredients!

Toot toot.

We did some other things too, but I'm too lazy to screenshot them.
Thoughts?

The sum of today's changes include:
-New planks! (We'd like your opinion on this)
-Note block
-Music box
-Dynamite bundle (There's also a barrel of gunpowder as an alternative)
-Diamond block
-Completed furnace/dispenser sides
-Redstone repeaters

One of our key players Lilyo is gone for a week, so these changes are the product of myself and Leostereo.
Also, an idea that our team had a while ago that we'd like to hear your thoughts on: a creeper totally covered in vines.

The old wood planks looked unique, the new ones look like every other texture packs planks. (Not trying to be rude, so I'm sorry if that came off that way)

That totem pole idea is ingenious. More stuff like that in this pack would be awesome.

Also, what do you intend on doing for wool?

I like everything including that creeper idea.

I also liked the old planks, is there anyway you can release two versions of this? One with the new planks and one with the old?

Our pack will be 100% customizable. There will be a lot of alternatives for quite a few blocks, including a few plank variants. It seems people liked the old planks, so I think we'll revisit them and touch them up.

It's a damn pretty texturepack. One of the best 16px out there, I dare to say.

Left to right: Old planks, current planks (will be an alt. regardless), redone planks
Rate agree if you think the redone planks (on the right) are better than the originals (on the left). If you think the originals were better, rate funny.
