I have an idea.
Hold onto your hats, because this is going to kick some ass:
COSTUME SETS OF THE FAMOUS PEOPLE IN THE TF2 COMMUNITY.
That's right. Famous folks like Mr. Royzo, asydef, and even robin and gabe get cameos in these new packs.
The soldier as Robin Walker

The Scout as asydef (Scraps of cloth on his pants to form a make-shift skirt, a wig inside a pinkish bonk helm, and something else.)

The demo as Mr. Royzo. The royzo runners, (his feet), The Punched face, (A skeleton mask), and the stylish skeleton, his top hat and monocle.

The spy as gabe: Worth the weight, a fat suit, aaaaaaaaaaand some other stuff. To be honest, I think the heavy would be a better gabe, but he likes the spy and so he gets to be a spy. Also, wearing a full set makes you have classic gabe quotes as voice responses.

Any other ideas?

Is there anything I am doing directly wrong? Both of my textures are loading but it wont switch at all between the two. I have cleared the registry's for the files and re done the qc,smd,vmts and vtfs 3 times.

The Rocket Launcher and Market Gardener icons were saved as BGRA8888, Shugo's old Shotgun icon is saved with DXT5. I think this looks miles better.

It's also miles BIGGER. Leave everything compressed properly, with DXT5.

Yep. I tested it with a regular Shotgun icon. DXT5 was 16 KB, BGRA8888 was 64 KB.
