Actually I've found that grilling bacon is better and makes it more cripsy, the oil in the pan makes it all greasy and not as crispy, also you should cut up the bacon on this, would spread it evenly across the pizza

What the shit? You don't need additional oil or butter to the pan if you're frying bacon! The bacon grease from the bacon itself is all you need. After a package of bacon my pan is always swimming in bacon grease so that I could deep fry some fries in that shit afterwards.
