Feldgrau != straight grey.
Aside from what's already been mentioned, the bolts on the Mosin and SVT should be 'in the white' - polished steel. Not greyish.I've been adding some phong to the weapons.
Most of russian crap is done, now I have to find textures for scopes and shit.
Half Dead, are you still working on the soldiers?
What these weapons really need are new textures. Tripwire's texture artists got lazy as fuck and I would barely even consider half of the weapon textures 'finished', let alone 'acceptable'. No amount of shader work is going to fix that.

Beautiful.Here's the Russian greatcoat model with a German skin. I'd get some in game pictures, but the blasted thing crashes my game when I click on it.

As well as fixing the colour, I would also strongly recommend losing the SS insignia. Fuck the SS, they are way over-represented in just about every goddamn thing and WH would be far more useful.

Over-represented? I suppose, but I do agree, some Wehrmacht would be great (And easier). Until I can get the model to work I've just given up on it. (If you want to try your hand at Feldgrau, I could upload the texture; I haven't quite gotten the right settings yet...)

Just do a quick google for it. Colour varied based on time period, factory, and wear; it ranged from almost grey to almost bottle green. Just get it somewhere comfortably near the middle of the range and you're laughing.

I made a folder for the files, downloaded TortioseSVN. Pressed Import and opened the link then it asks me for the password and username.

BtZ, the rear part of the lafette shouldn't move vertically. Elevation is adjusted by a turnscrew inside that mechanism. The block slides along the rear rail for traverse.

Hmmm I will take a look at it. I was finding it strange too but ingame it moves like that too. maybe I will just remove up down rotation.

Tanks now have better ragdolled tracks, Panzer IV have 2 type of ragdolled tracks, easy one and accurate one. Both of them works. T34 only has the accurate one but they work like the real ones. Don't forget to rotate the wheel to align the track with the ground.
All of this is uploaded to SVN except the tanker.
