One of the base mods is updated, but the rest are still at 1.8.1. The creator says that he has academic stuff to focus on, but we will get updates soon.

Can't wait for RedPower, Buildcraft and Industrial craft to update. Not sure why, 1.0 hasn't added very many interesting things since 1.8.1 other than enchantments, but I think a Fortune-enchanted diamond drill would be boss.

Same, Minecraft is pretty much meaningless to me until they update and the Technic Pack gets a new release.

I always seem to mess up when installing Minecraft Forge, wish spacetoad would've made an installer or something, because I have too many mods and installing forge from a clean minecraft.jar will be a pain since I'll have to manually install all of the mods that I had and the mods that it needs.

That's all I'm waiting for, too. BC and RP have updated, but my current world has a fair bit of IC machinery in it so I'm stuck on 1.8.1 for the time being.

We don't have an SMP build for 1.0 yet, but if you go to the website there's a link to Technic SMP for 1.8. We're also hoping to put together Tekkit(Technic for Bukkit) in the future.

Should add runecraft. It has to be run smp, but it's a pretty amazing mod.

Also have a youtube channel full of obscenely informative videos (for runecraft)
