...you did try to move the continent, right?
I mean, how could anyone resist not trying?
i found heaven O.O
Here you go, needs Forge:
http://dl.dropbox.com/u/8385549/mcmo...nd%201.2.5.zip
HNGGG
Place a motor on that thing, for science!
The default frame limit is at 1000 blocks. He'd have to change that first, and there is grass not properly connected. It wouldn't move
set the max amount of frames to an impossible high number then I stuck a motor powered it up pressed the button to make it move the game lags for a second and it doesn't even move.![]()
You're the best. Thanks.
If I'm not asking too much, can you make soul sand generate in swamps, but use the wet tilled soil texture?
I can't figure how to install TerraFirmaCraft for SMP. I get java errors each time. I've tried
ModLoaderMP -> MCForge -> TerraFirmaCraft
MCForge -> TerraFirmaCraft
MCForge -> TerraFirmaCraft -> Textures
I've tried with and without deleting META-INF
What I've heard is that you just throw the files from TFCServer into the server.jar and call it a day. When I tried that it didn't work though.
ModloaderMP is incompatible with Forge since they added Forge Modloader
So where would I get Forge Modloader or whatever? Adf.ly is being ddosed and every fucking minecraft-related download uses adfly. I can't download anything basically.
Modloader has a direct link next to the adfly link and Forge and tfc don't use adfly.
However, TerraFirmaCraft needs an older revision of Forge:
http://lexmanos.no-ip.org:8080/job/Forge/96/
client: modloader, forge 96, terrafirmacraft_client_core, tfc_textures
server: forge 96, terrafirmacraft_server_core
(ignore the tfc_game mentions, 1J only)
Anyway - ignore the Beta 1J links, you want the Pre12 ones.
The tfc_textures only go in your client mc.jar file. The texture pack is of little consequence. (in fact I get an input == null! error on trying to switch to it)
Multiplayer connecting to my own local server works just fine.

what is up guyss
Edited:
I just hosted the stuff my friends and I usually use and some other things. Along with credits and instructions!
My Minecraft keeps crashing when I load a world, does anybody know why? Here's the error log thing.
I have Optifine installed.
Did you forget PlayerAPI? Mine and Blade requires it.
That's a conflict between battlegear and somethin else i think.
Look at the mods you've installed. Either you're missing PlayerAPI, you've installed Singeplayer Commands with out the PlayerAPI patch, or another mod that doesn't use PlayerAPI overwrote vq.class
Is it me or do all the modmakers put their mods in parts so they can make more money off adf.ly?
Good job Alblaka for not doing that.
However, Alblaka does have the habit of adding plenty of fairly random stuff to IC2 and IC2 is also very consumptive of block IDs. RedPower does a very good job of holding block IDs afaik, lots of use of metadata.
I managed to fix the crashing, but now I get this when I try and change any of Optifine's options or change my texture pack.
Try a different verison of optifine.
You're going to have to play with the load order for your .jar mods. Usually Optifine + mods works best when Optifine is added last, but there are exceptions. With your set of mods though, I think it should play nice.
I like IC, and I like RP2. I also like BC, but what I really hate is how they all add their own versions of power / logic gates and you can't just choose to use one method because each mod requires you to use its own.
Aaaaaugh.
Is there any way I can just get the pipes in buildcraft, nothing else?
Why would you want Buildcraft pipes when RedPower tubes are so much better?
Both are different and both have their pluses. Especially when you get additional buildcraft objects and additional pipes for buildcraft. Oh, and logistics pipes.
Railcraft has multiple parts but a few updates ago the developer merged them into one download and lets you disable modules in a config now. I think many developers make modules because they don't want to force everyone to use everything.
Because Logistics Pipes?
Just curious, does anyone play with more mods than me? If so, what mods?

Yeah Buildcraft is superior when you install all the mods that completely change how it works
(To be fair, those additions are all cool, but you have to admit a bunch of the features of all the Buildcraft mods are basically fixing flaws in Buildcraft pipes that RedPower tubes don't have.)
This is creeping the fuck out of me. I got out of a Nether portal, and see a ravine. In this ravine is a minecart track. But it's not from an abandoned mineshaft; the track goes into a 1x1 hole.
I was confused. "What mod added this? It was probably BetterDungeons" I thought. I went down to this track, and saw it went on forever. "Where could this lead?" I thought. I then noticed that there was a tunnel above the track, parallel to it.
Curiouser and curiouser. I decided to follow the tunnel instead of making a minecart, since I would suffocate by going down the track.
The tunnel seems to go on forever. It branches off sometimes, but only into a tunnel which is exactly the same. If the tunnel goes into the ocean, it carves straight through it, leaving a glass floor, but not letting water in. It just goes on forever.
What the fuck is this?
That's pretty much my install sans a few mods.
What mods do you have installed?
I posted them earlier.
Made my first reactor with industrial craft. Its stable and with an output of 20eu/t.
If you get RedPower 2, you could, in theory, make a self regulating Mark V reactor that outputs ~2000 eu/t. I read a little tutorial on it, and doing it in survival is hellishly expensive material-wise. It said the reactor runs for 5 seconds out of every 50 second interval, and would generate 10 million EU per uranium cell, i think.
Im running technic pack so I could probably do it if I learned wiring better. Link to the tutorial?
I pretty much play with that aswell, but also:
Computercraft
sspcommands
Balkon's weapon mod
Xie's farming mod
BetterDungeons
Buildcraft APS
dustmod
immibis's mods
Laser Mod
Millenaire
Archeology mod thing
IC2 Chargingbench
IC2 Thermometer
Zeppelin mod
