It definitely is the most interesting.
It definitely is the most interesting.
I never win on Shoots, but always win on Baggage.
What's going on?
level design son
What about Zeus?
WebM video is pretty cool
What did you use to record it?
I tried using the Negev once.
I lost.
To a shotgun.
At mid range.
(also WebM is awesome)
It's by far the most hilarious.

can't see shit
Does anybody still have those edited origins which mimic the Source viewmodels? I know they were posted ages ago.

Just to let everyone know, Ive decided to make a real bank map for CSGO. In the city and with a large bank unlike the shitty one Valve made. Although I wont be able to test it out, or even port it over to CSGO until I get the beta, so for now its being made in CSS with alot of stock/placeholder models.
Heavy work in progress (Started Today)

Just won my first game of arsenal. Very satisfying getting that final gold knife kill, especially when the guy you kill has been dominating you for like 4 deaths. Having lots of fun with this game so far. Compared to Source, adequate amount of new stuff (guns, maps, modes), nice amount of changes (maps, gun balance, hitboxes), and a lot of upgrading to the graphics, UI, etc... Call of Duty sequels ain't got shit on CSGO.
What's the ELO rank?
A: wait for the video to load
Or
B: Switch to Chrome / Opera
Does anyone else think that the HDR in Sugar Cane is way too bright? It's still a great map, but it kind of hurts my eyes.
Looks like it's going to be for a system that ranks your performance so matchmaking can pair you up with people of a similar skill level, but it doesn't seem like it's implemented yet.
SHAZZZZAM!
I haven't played this game in about a week and a half or two, is the recoil/spread system still bullshit broken?
Is it going to be a a CS, DE, or AR (Arms Race) map?
I personally want a cs_bank, since it makes the most sense considering the location
It should be CS and DE
Rescue the hostages and prevent the bomb from being planted
OR
Plant the bomb but prevent the hostages from being rescued.
But then the bomb would have to be in a good area where Terrorists cant just run to it and plant if they spawn inside the Bank. Hm.
Is that even possible? I was considering the idea of bank map that worked like that a long time ago. Is it possible to do two gamemodes at once?
Its hostage rescue
Edited:
That was actually my original plan, but then I realized that if the terrorists can take people hostage, they are already in the building and can plant the bomb and just camp it out.
I was thinking of that exact thing too. Maybe the bomb can go outside the bank for some reason? Ehhhhh
Edited:
How about the hostages are in the bank, Ts spawn in bank, CTs spawn outside bank (front of the bank) and the bomb needs to be planted in an underground (or aboveground) garage door/gate (near CT spawn) that's blocking them from escaping with the money? Does that make sense? Wait no that doesn't make sense.
Edited:
Is it even possible to do both at once?
Edited:
Another issue, what would happen if time runs out?
I think it's smarter to try to just specialize in one gamemode and make a fun balanced experience than to attempt something completely new and watch it fall flat on it's face because it's a bitch to balance correctly
Innovation is great
If you're going to do a new gametype, it shouldn't be two mashed together.
Given that it's a bank, maybe the terrorists have to try to escape with money and the CTs have to stop them? This could also play into CS' already present money system somehow...
Wouldn't make much sense for the terrorists to want to blow up a bank, rather than take hostages and trade them for the money in it.
Wasnt there an escape game type long long ago in counterstrike? I remember a es_map prefix.
Was that the es_prison thing? It sounds fun as hell but I never got to play it.
Yeah, the Terrorists start with some amount of money, but can't increase it, and have to flee to some escape vehicle or something, while the CTs have to prevent that. And after each round the teams get switched, and the team that got the most money "out" wins. So you have to decide wether you want to buy good equipment and increase your chances of getting out, but adding less money to the "score", or not buying good equipment, which is risky, but would add more to your teams' score.
Just some random idea I had.
I just wanna give you one tip- if you're going to use an intro, don't make it so long. 'least make sure its not nearly half the video's length.
haters gonna hate

You're an idiot.
I suck at CSS, even worse at 1.6, but i'm pretty decent at csgo. That's weird
CSGO is different, I personally do really well at CSGO compared to decently in CSS, though I still suck with some weapons since I'm still getting used to them
Man, fuck counter strike. Thats the cutest dog ever, and I could say that just from either being soo cute or just for doing what he did
Edited:
Also, Negev reminds me of BF3's jet chain gun, since it fires a fuckton of rounds going BRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR all over the place.
Who here thinks every SMG except for the P90 are underpowered as fuck?
I just realized my first steam game was CSS Retail
Same here
I still remember buying that dvd with CSS DOD:S and HL2:DM on it
Holy shit dude... I love you.
