Unfortunately the SDK is in a very tightly closed (and separate) beta right now from what I've heard. It'd be really interesting to see what they've improved though... As well as what scraps they've accidentally left behind from HL3. Which is probably why it's so closed right now.

Those errors always happen when playing on a custom map.

I downloaded awp_map and aim_map from gamebanana (here) and tried those, after previously modifying the gamemodes.txt file to up the bot_quota (since by default is maximum 1 bot).

The model ERROR happens if you don't use the right character model.

The beta is limited files wise. The final game will probably be about 7-8gb in size.

If you take a look at the gamemodes.txt, you will see that CT/T models are using a precise .mdl file, since there are none other available.
