There are a few reasons why:
-> He did not post it in Photoshop contests, but at Creationism Corner, people tend to be there to make fun of something, not to make actual good content. (Even though some topics are golden from time to time)
-> He actually posted a request instead of "OMFG PHOTOSHOP DAT" like most of the topics tend to be.
-> It's some quite unusual request.
