Is this auto-tune? I'm experimenting with this type of genre and I'm trying to find that robotic voice effect.

Sounds like autotune. Also realize that there is harmony vocal and I'm not sure how that is being done, but there are various ways you could produce a harmony vocal.
They're called talkbox's, obviously she has her mic going into a talkbox input then it goes to the speaker output.
You may have heard people use talkbox's in many daft punk songs, they're traditionally tube-like mic's that go into the side of your mouth to allow you to press keys whilst simultaneously talking allowing you to get that robot-y sound. It's pretty awesome, I've always wanted one.
Add a vocoder to your vocals. One which enables you to control pitch. Vocodex for example.
Then add autotune on top of that, with zero tuning speed and no vibrato.
I don't know if it's how it's done here or if this is the best way. But I believe the result would be similar.
Absolutely autotune, with a fast attack and little to no vibrato, but with pitch targeted by midi input instead of the usual automatic approach. What makes it sound so robotic is how the voice changes pitch in ways the human voice can't. Basically, you record a vocalist and play their vocals like an instrument with autotune.
The reason why it sounds Talkboxy is because of underlying harmonies and a lot of saw's mixing in with the audio giving it that swirly, unfocused wobbly talkbox sound.
And this performance is most likely playback, I am not sure if Capsule ever did live pitch correction.
Alright guys, thanks for the help! I really appreciate it. :)
Talkbox/Vocoder
You can get a synths that have vocoders with them that can do roboty style voices :)

Also that song is AWESOME. :D
No it's not a vocoder. Doubletracking, harmonisation and pitch correction are the right answers.
So basically everything said in the first post lol.
All I said was that he could get a robotic voice from a vocoder.
But the sample he posted doesn't sound at all like what he meant.
lol.
