Well, that didn't work. (seriously thanks for that though.)
If anybody has any idea how to fix my network problem
It wont give me access to the network/internet after I got a virus but it still shows the possible wireless networks that I can connect to
I know its not the router, I tried reinstalling the drivers, there are no restore points and the troubleshooting thing isn't working. I'm out of options and I think I might end up re-installing windows

I'd fix it if I were you. I accidentally broke a blade off a 200mm fan of mine, anything higher than 300rpm and the case wobbled back and forth. I just took it out, it actually did nothing for temps.

I tried making a VPN on a server I have at home, it runs XP. I can connect to it with my ipod from school, but I get no internet access. I keep reading somewhere about changing something about the gateway but the option to change that isn't in any of the menus. Is the above situation just not supposed to work? Is there other software I could use to make this work?

My computer fell over a while ago, and now it wont boot while standing up, only on the side it fell down on.
It's getting pretty annoying having to crouch down under my table just to start the computer and it also takes up valuable space in my tiny room.
Any ideas?

I got a 120mm capable of 2000RPM on the top of the chassi blowing inwards towards the RAM and GPU.
A silent 120mm 750rpm on the side of the chassi blowing outward.
And a 750rpm in the front blowing inward.
Is this good? My CPU goes to around 63C under heavy load, but my GPU goes to 72C.

the power button starts glowing and the fans go on, but after about 15-20 seconds it just stops booting

heatsinks probably not making full contact, remove and reapply it with new thermal paste, if that fails, there may be a short of some kind.

I'm looking to upgrade my computer sometime before June and am wondering if the next series of cards (Nvidia or AMD) or any new intel CPUs are supposed to come out soon.
Right now i have an ATI HD5770 and i5 dual-core 3.33ghz with the motherboard http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813128409.
Should I upgrade soon or will the next line come out within the next few months? I don't really want to get a new motherboard if I don't have to.

AMD just released the 7970, in a couple months (as in around the IB release) there will probably be some non-enthusiast cards.

Okay, I have one 1TB disk and a 2TB disk, I want to put them in RAID 0 but keep some of my files, how?

Why RAID 0? Use them separately so you don't lose all your data when one fails.

There is no working program that can change my fan speeds, the only way i know is to manually change them in BIOS, is there anyway to fix this?

You can't do that. Well, you can, but you'd waste 1TB from the 2TB. They have to be the same size because it writes to each drive the same. So once the 1TB drive is filled, the 2TB will show the same.

My p8p67-LE came with a disc with AI Suite II on that has a great fan control suite with different "Profiles" you can set up relative to temperature sensors. My PC would be a noisy bugger without it.

with intel matrix, I believe it's possible to make a 1TB partition and raid them and still have 1TB on the other HDD.
