does the Sith maurader ever get any stun skills, Im level 21 and PvP is a pain when your main damage attack take 3 seconds to do and the person just runs away.

I dunno whether to get this, I already play WoW, but I don't really wanna be paying for both.
I remade my inquisitor from beta, but this time went with sorcerer rather than assassin because i wasn't really enjoying my assassin (Got it up to lvl 25 in the beta) and I already like the sorcerer more.
Jedi Knight's prologue hasn't been as good as the Trooper's I believe but I've heard it gets better later on so I'm going to keep with it.
Both Jedi classes prologues are shit, Tython is basically a giant ball of boredom, it gets better at Corascant.
My brother just uploaded his first proper YouTube video.
It was on Trooper Gameplay, he's the first to ding 50 trooper-wise on the server, 7th on the entire server.
Just some tips, even if you aren't a trooper, take a look? He wants some opinions.
haha they fixed the last boss of cademimu where you could lure him out of his boss room
Man.... Coruscant general chat has so many whiners
What class (+advanced class too) and what storyline are you guys enjoying the most? I'm asking cuz I sort of want to make an alt when I don't feel like playing my main. Main being an Imperial Agent, Operative - and I have a Sith Warrior too, no AC yet.
smuggler story is pretty interesting so far, having an operative I made it a gunslinger and I'm actually really enjoying the cover based gameplay
So is anyone playing a sith jugg ? I want to know what they are like to tank with, I've heard they arent amazing.
I really enjoy the JK storyline. I would say its equal to the SI one. I wished I had AC'd as an assassin though.
its a class you need to mature into, around mid 30s juggernaut starts to shine. In my opinion, of the 3 tank classes (juggernaut, assassin, powertech) powertech was my favorite tank

heres a comprehensive list of datacron locations
I really want a tank but I've leveled a Merc to 30 and I dont want to do it again for powertech so which should i level ? Juggernaut or Assassin ?
assassins get alot of health and if i remember correctly they're pretty easy to tank with in the 20s range, whereas juggernaut is playable but gets WAY BETTER in the late 30s
If you like to do some pvp on the side i'd say go with assassin, that force speed they get is one of the most handy abilities in the game
Imperial Sniper here, just finished up Nar Shaddaa.
Darth Zhorrid is a terrible person, I sabotague all tasks she assigns me.
ok, that as one I was considering, cuz I wouldn't have wanted to do the Imperial Agent class story all over again, as cool as it is. and I had a bit of an itch for some cover based shootin'.
My brother has a Jedi Knight, so I'm hoping I didn't spoil any of it, but maybe that'll be one I'll do, along with Sith Inquisitor, that was one I was looking at. So, assuming I PvP and PvE, which AC is better for the Sith Inquisitor?
Madness is the best DPS spec for the SI. Don't do lightning though, shit sucks.
the old super build for the sorc in the beta was to spec into madness up to no cooldown lightning then into corruption
I'm a jugg myself (lvl 27) and I've recieved some compliments during flashpoint runs.
gotta think like a smuggler to play a smuggler
see a bunch of my enemies go into a room? tell them to do my work for me...
When did they take the Darth title out of sith warrior? I had two warriors with the title of Darth, in alpha and the last build of beta.
Assassin is pretty meh in PvP other than Alderaan, which you rarely get to play. Huttball is very close quarters and you have one ability to put you in stealth during combat, which is hard to not be in on Huttball, or void star for that matter, and it's kind of your Get out of jail free card when you get kited by someone who stuns you... over and over... because Resolve is broken as fuck
Open World PvP it's probably alright, but I'm not liking my assassin anymore, at level 45
uh, warrior didn't get darth until launch
they used to have emperor's wrath then a bunch of babies said "we want to be a darth too!! and instead of adding BOTH, they removed the first one and kept darth.
Same dealio with knights, they removed general, i think it was and added master

DUMB!
How would it cut grass that high from the ground huh?
love when i run into a room guns blazing only to realize my companion disapeared
i tried that /getdown thing earlier and i still took damage, they fixed it?
what a shame. i wanted to /getdown

i like the sound of those new PvP features.
ahah holy hell an alderaanian noble gets challeneged to pistol duel and they get me to take his place
Yes, finally. Hopefully the optimization goes for the Warzone laggyness.
FFS, my friend is so goddamn infuriating sometimes. He has this habit of ditching me in MMOs (but not in anything else)
First it was WoW, I started playing on his server and he switched after like 3 days. I started playing on that server, and he quit the next week.
I start playing TOR, he joins the server I'm on. Two days later he switches servers AND sides.
I don't want to be a jedi FFS, but playing alone sucks balls.
If he's going to be so unpredictable, screw him. Make him follow you around. And you can always join a guild or something if you don't want to be solo.
Your avatar fits![]()
I'm going to make an alt on his server, but I'll probably spend a lot more time on my sith.
I hate all the light side options, at least as far as I am. Even the most negative sounding options turn into "Right away sir" and "Of course, I'd love to"
I just want to murder some people brutally because they are in my way, is that so much to ask?
I've read some discussions on Sith Mara as a viable DPS all round. A lot of the later level (and early as you've seen!) is based on the user being able to stun/slow, however many situations in PvP mean that our abilities are easily resisted. E.g. a stun that is usable on weak enemies, but not at all in PvP other than the damage it does.
IDK, give it time. I doubt the class that dual wields lightsabers is going to be weak in this game, somehow.
marauder/sentinel are hands down the worst class in the game in terms of survivability
Maybe, I can't give too much of an opinion on survivability.
They do have a lot of nice abilities and at least the theory behind the Marauder class is great, it just seems a bit... stiff.
