If you're talking about the server itself, only once did I get a queue, it was 20 minutes but it only happened once.
As for Warzones or trying to find groups, I easily find full groups for flashpoints in 1 minute and warzones pops up in 1 minute easy.

I'm still thinking about getting this game. The talk of the game sinking is really turning me off here. Can you guys tell me if it's honestly worth a purchase? Going on what I've seen, the game is shit. I just need a second opinion.

Depends on what you saw, I can tell you that all the shit talk on the forum is actually a small portion of the population and ones that aren't even playing for the most part.
Whenever I go on the forum, 90% threads are BLA BLA THIS GAME IS SHIT and when I go ingame (On a full server too) 95% of feedback I get from players is good and rarely, once in awhile, we get one of those forum doomsayers.

By what I saw, I mean the people that played it, and saw the bad aspects of it like the shadows, poor animations, poor textures, and a picture of one of the Sith classes has a blatant rip-off skill set of the WoW Warrior.
What would be your response to that?

I like the shit talk that's like "Oh SWTOR is a WoW clone, GW2 is a much better game", even though it hasn't come out yet. I love the game personally, still needs some work done, but it will be fixed up more in due time. It's at least worth a try.

That's about standard for MMOs I'd say, animations in MMOs are always slightly sub-par compared to full blown single player games and stuff, as for shadows and textures that's probably the fact that there's no actual "high details" yet.
The HD textures and models and stuff are only used in conversation, from what I see Bioware said this was intended to an extent but not that THAT extent and they're going to change that in the next big patch.
As for the blatant rip-off, I can't say anything about it since I only play a Jedi Knight and not a Sith Warrior.
Can I see the picture though? Wouldn't it be kind of hard to see that blatant rip-off skill set off of a picture? Unless you mean the icons or something.

I don't really see the problem with that, both the Warrior and the Sith Warrior are both of the same archetype, it'd be hard if not impossible to actually make something substantially different without making the Sith Warrior an entire other class or archetype that wouldn't fit what being a Sith Warrior means.

Is that on a patchlog I missed?
I'm personally playing a Guardian and are they being buffed PVE or PVP wise?
In PVE I severly underperform as a tank because of almost unexistant AOE threat generation, in PVP I perform decently, though nothing as good as those other OP considered classes.

I love how Bioware uses the Music from Episode 1 when fighting in mostly droid areas. Notably Hammer Station, uses the Battle theme a lot.
