They're all separated (Models 'n' materials) so you need to either take all the folders in models and materials and clip 'em out and paste them in Gmod/Gmod/Models (And Gmod/Gmod/Materials) Or you put all the different model folders in a Model folder inside an addon, same with materials.

Someone else uploaded them. dvaderv2 I think. They have finger posing, some have skingroups and some have bodygroups.

I had heard somebody had made a 3D model/skin of Taokaka from Blazblue from scratch, but I'm not sure if they had made it a private file or if it's just not around anymore. Would anybody happen to have it?
