    Here's a screenshot of my cart.



    I weigh about 72kg, 185cm tall.

    Anything else I should get? Anything I shouldn't get? Anything I should get more of?

    in my opinion all you need is whey. Creatine is overrated and you should use the money youre going to waste on that other shit for high nutrient foods. Please don't tell me you just started lifting, yet you want to buy 140 in supplements......

    You are literally retarded if you think creatine is overrated. Fuck the whey, the whey is just protein. It is absolutely ironic that you would say "all you need is whey" and then say "use the money you're going to waste on that other shit for high nutrient foods". If he's going to save money for food, it would make more sense to drop the whey and buy the creatine, considering the creatine is the much more effective product in this equation.

    But um ye guy, that's a lot of unnecessary shit. Drop everything except the creatine and whey. HMB does sweet fuck all, glycine isn't going to be really beneficial at all unless you are using it for express purposes that you most likely will not be, and the BCAAs are of disputable worth.
