in my opinion all you need is whey. Creatine is overrated and you should use the money youre going to waste on that other shit for high nutrient foods. Please don't tell me you just started lifting, yet you want to buy 140£ in supplements......
But um ye guy, that's a lot of unnecessary shit. Drop everything except the creatine and whey. HMB does sweet fuck all, glycine isn't going to be really beneficial at all unless you are using it for express purposes that you most likely will not be, and the BCAAs are of disputable worth.
