So ever since I got home today my fans wont go full speed. I had SpeedFan on 50% all day and night to see how well it cools it while idling and after i switched to 100% for gaming when i got home, i noticed somthing didnt sound right. So i looked at the RPM's and all my fans normally go around 7000rpm but they were going at around 4000rpm. Its like speedfan is still somewhat automatically controlling what the speeds are. About 15 minutes ago i decided to play UT3 (which normally runs fine) and it stuttered and lagged everywhere. CPU got to about 70c, gpu got to about 64c, fans still stayed at around 4500rpm. My desktop has never done this to me and I'm somewhat worried. I tried restarting twice and it still wont go up :s
