In terms of community content? Nothing from the first ten pages on the workshop, so something that is completely random. I find it hilarious that 95% of the top rated workshop submissions from the first ten pages are weapons. Would make my day to see one weapon selected from there.

That never used to happen.
If something community made was shipped, but not used, it eventually made its way into the game.

It seems only recently that they've danced around the growing number of unused content in the game and left a bunch of contributors that are owed an item in the game and forgot about them.

not only that the textures on his eyebrows and hair are horrendous and low quality. Even on very high texture setting.

use HWM heads, it looks a lot nicer, if you can live without Jarate tint on their heads and a few newer animations lacking lip-synching.

I feel as if the hatless hats are underrated. Sure, they ARE craft hats and are a catalyst for rage when hat crafting, but with certain combinations, they can look nice.

Hatless Scout is really nice with the Fast Learner, for example.

Well said. I always had a feeling that the soldiers look was influenced heavily by the anonymous, valiant hero you'd sometimes see on old propaganda posters. Hats obscuring his face fit him relatively well, along with the tendency for them to have ties towards positions of military authority,

Although at this point, considering how many all class hats and other such abominations there are it's hard to argue against the idea of another hatless hat.

Although personally I really don't care for another one myself.
