You can make them out of cardboard much cheaper and they'll be better quality. (Unless of course you get legit training plates.)

i took styrofoam, cut it in the exact dimensions as sapi plates

place them in plate carrier
excellent

How many layers of cardboard? 2? With this box, at max I can do 4 per plate.

I did 1 layer of double-ply and covered in duct tape. But mine is stand alone body armor. For plate carriers I'd say 2 or 3 layers. Start with 2

I just got my RRV and RRV pack from Ebairsoft. I recommend it, the RRV has always been my favorite platform and the one Ebairsoft sells isn't bad at all.

Tough call, I think I'm a little taller and definitely bigger than a twiggy and I had that RRV adjusted as tight as it will go.

You ever consider an FAPC? They're really small but incredibly badass and useful.

Not at all, battlebelts are great and give you more space.

You might lose a little bit of mobility if you do that though. Plate carriers are purposely designed to only go down to about your belly button because a) it protects your most vital organs while being relatively small and b) it still allows you to bend and move almost as naturally as without it.
