i'm pretty sure that this user is an alt of an already permabanned user, something like "chanceyourluck" or "chanecyourluck" but i can not find his username for the life of me, all i know is that the youtube account that the videos he's posting are from is the same, and he made the same marvelous threads such as this and this which are just advertising his absolutely terrible videos

I used ctrl+F5 around 40 times, cleaned all my browser data, restarted my internet connection, restarted my pc ctrl+f5'ed around 30 more times and it worked

I just used wget to download my avatar (http://www.facepunch.com/avatar/153216.png), and it got my old one.
AFAIK, wget doesn't have a cache at all, so whatever it gets is what the server sends it.

You have to tilt the screen almost horizontal and look at it as if the monitor is vertical, you'll see it then.
