    Almost all of the tools make no sense.

    If they want to be accurate they need to use the whole library, not just the top 50.

    Use spotify, youtube or something else. Last.fm's radio usually only gives you similar artists.

    Youtube would be the only place to make playlists like that. Or other streaming software, I'm not fond of doing that though.
