I'll do it tomorrow. I'll ask the receptionist to call for the regional manager.
Then I will state that I FUCKING CALLED IT IN JULY.

Dropbox has security on the mobile app IIRC.
Just tried that out, not so great as an actual app would be.It can't play gifs, either.
How hard would it be to make this kind of app?
If you're rooted: https://market.android.com/details?i...tzbWFuYWdlciJd
Mounts as a folder so should work as normal.
!!!!!!!!
upload it? :)
I was watching a video and someone had their ICS lockscreen set up like this:
How do I get the dialler/message icons?
Could be a custom lockscreen instead, either MIUI or widgetlocker
I think AOKP ROM on a Galaxy Nexus allows you to edit the ICS lockscreen like that.
ALSO, xplodwild is over 53% on his pledge for a Samsung Hack Kit!

yeeeeees
Edited:
I don't think WidgetLocker has any way of displaying text under the lock wheel. ICS lockscreen can show your providers name there.
Just got ICS for my transformer (tf101) and it reboots after a while :(. Really annoying.
I'm pretty sure NOVA Launcher can do that, but then again NOVA's only for ICS roms...
Launcher is not a lockscreen, those are two different apps. WidgetLocker can do it even on Android 2.3, but the graphical style won't be 100% ICS (just 99%).
Stay Classy Google, Stay Classy.

Retoast for importance and curiosity.
So damn true.

Uh I set up the google sync on my contacts, now I switched my rom and I can't get them back
What GS2 cases are there that don't add too much bulk to it?
Accidentally bricked my phone last night while trying to apply a lagfix for my SGS by converting the RFS partitions to Ext4. When I tried converting the partitions, it seemed to wipe the data folder and thus breaking all apps. I looked into CWM and it said I had no backups for some reason so I bit the bullet and decided to install another ROM. Tried two different ROMs and they were both shitty so I tried out Odin for the first time to flash stock firmware. Odin froze mid transfer causing me to have to remove the battery in my phone and bricking it with this image below:
Later on I did manage to find the original firmware the phone came with and it flashed perfectly with Odin. Now I just have to redownload and restore everything :smith:
Long story short, Odin is a life saver.
TPU cases are good.

As long as you have TiBu, it's fine.

At least wait until the HTC OneXL comes out, Samsung won't take the release of that phone lying down.
Edited:
As in, the beginning of sales. The OneXL is already unveiled as the LTE version of the OneX, now you just have to wait for carriers to get it.
Man I need a larger microSD card, stuck at 2GB free with 2GB of music (thanks a lot MonsterCat and that BandCamp standard 320k MP3s), 1.4GB of Modern Combat 3, and a ton of other stuff. Stuck with an 8GB card, need 32GB. I guess I'll get it some other time, it's hard to find (cheap) 32GB microSD cards at stores (no online).
Try uninstalling unneeded apps, I also seemed to have some problems with widgets when I installed it on my TF101 so I removed them from the screen.
2GB of music? Bitch please. I have 17, the amount of it keeps rising.
At this rate I'll have to buy an iPod.
This was such a pain when I got my first Android device. It seemed every tutorial said something different and referred to installing things without giving sources, expecting me to know where to get it from and the right version. Finally figured things out through experimenting
How come gifs dont work when downloaded?I mean only like 3 secs are played
so I'm trying out the androidx86 project on my net/notebook, it's really fuckin fantastic, not 60fps smooth but really great otherwise. much easier to navigate and use than windows on it, surprisingly. Might just install it and use it as a dedicated android device (shame it doesn't have touch screen though)
and unlike ubuntu, the WIFI FUCKING WORKS
Edited:
I bought mine on ebay, worth the investment quite honestly.
Edited:
shit just realized sound wasn't working...
Long story short, it wasn't bricked.
IT'S THE ANDROID TOY MACHINE!!!

I'd steal the whole thing and run
Edited:
Jesus christ it's motion controlled. And I thought controlling these with a stick was hard.
Like I said, with that small microsd card in that small mini pro, I have 2GB right now.
17GB of music? Bitch please, spotify premium.
Online streaming? Bitch please, I'm on EDGE 90% of the time.
EDGE EXTENDED biatch

Uhh. Okay, I'm really freaking out here. I was working on my homescreen today so I un-hid some Widgetsoid widget sizes that I wasn't using, and it told me I needed to reboot. So I did, but when I pressed Power Off from the little menu thingy, it just kind of shut off instantly. Normally, it says at this pink rectangle saying "Goodbye!" for a good 10 seconds before shutting off, but this time it just shut off instantly after picking the power off option.
Now, when I power on the phone, it passes by the little LG loading screen, the little Android guy flies up and the text "T-Mobile G2x" pops up in the screen (normal boot animation), but then after it vibrates, instead of going to my lockscreen, the screen just gets dark and stays in the G2x logo thingy. Touching the screen lights up the keys, but the phone is otherwise completely frozen. What do I do? D:
Edited:
Okay, it took 50 minutes but I turned it off and went take a shit, only to come back to find it sliding across my table and turn on normally. Hopefully I'll recover from the heart attack in time for class![]()
You must have good Internet.
I've never been dependant or attached to stuffed animals before, but those plushies...
I NEEEEED THEM!
Do they also have the 'wait X amount of people to get a prize thing'
What I meant is this:
Uncharted Clone on Android?
How long does it to recharge your GS2 from about 10% up till ~100% if you just let it stay in the charger?
I feel my phone is recharging too slow...
Takes me ~2hrs with a 800mAh charger.
It IS slow. It's a fault of the official charger which isn't strong enough. Many people use generic chargers or chargers from previous phones. No idea if there's any effect on long term battery health with that though.
