I like Machine Head, but I understand that Joazzz isn't into those kind of vocals. If he's stuck on one form of music, that "one form" would be singing properly.

Shouting, roaring, pretentious wanna-be manliness (with overuse of double bass drum and downtuned overdistorted guitars, AKA majority of modern metal music in a nutshell (well that might have been pure bullshitty generalization but I felt like saying it)):
I absolutely can not believe how THAT cold sound like "ordinary singing".
This is my opinion and I am done.

That's another thing, why do modern metal bands insist of downtuning their instruments to shit? You can make a song sound heavy or menacing without downtuning if you have an ounce of talent
