Do you guys have any haircut ideas for us black guys? I've been tired of getting a fade or tapper so I've been letting it grow until I can get an idea on what to do with it.
I just get a buzz cut ,because I just can't think of anything to do with my hair. Letting my hair grow out isn't a good idea for me either since it gets really curly and it just doesn't fit me.

Also anybody wan't to help me choose out glasses? This is the first time I'm getting them and I dunno much about them.

i'd say either a faded buzz or a really short lenny kravitz afro

always go for plastic, wire frame is nerd tier
i'd recommend square ones, if you have a wider face then go more circular

longer thinner faces tend to work well with wayfarer-style glasses, imo

if you wanna look for that specific pair, the brand is ernest hemingway and the model is 4617
otherwise, just go to any glasses store, i guarantee you'll find something similar

I'll try and get something similar as that color isn't really my style unless they have it in black.

cool photo and all but that outfit probably looks fairly silly without a fancy pose and a DSLR to picture it.
Next time i decide to wear it, i'll post a non-posey photo and you can see then

I think peacoats that button up so high, and as a result have really tiny lapels like this one, look a bit silly.

So I'm going to the salon today to get some hands-on help with styling my hair.. how exciting!

Off topic, let's say I am going to ask a girl out for Valentine's Day. Do I just say Tuesday in the place of Valentine's Day? It feels like I'm making too big of a deal of it by mentioning that it's vday.

As this thread is concerned, I recommend this one

    www.designbyhumans.com

I hate teefury, but if you want other sites like that, www.threadless.com is good too, they have some cool shirts sometimes.

And a little plug, the company I'm working with now, got some shirts you might like

IMO you don't really have enough coverage to do facial hair ATM, maybe in a couple years. Right now it doesn't really give you a lot of options.

I dont really know that many hairstyles for black people. Most people we see from television are all shaved bald or buzz cut. Damn I'm thinking too much of Terry Crews

I do that shit all the time, but everytime I post it here everyone hates it, so I avoid posting those.

    From previous posts:

That is my favorite flannel because most are just a plaid color while this is red/black threading in a tweed pattern.

I'm half looking for some decent sunglasses, nothing with circular shades or other faggottrees.

Thinking something like either of those. Dunno if you need a picture of my ugly mug to go on or not.

Also... Points to anyone who can point me in the direction of a leather jacket like Neal Caffrey's. Most I could figure out is it's something akin to a John Varvatos, but I couldn't really get any clear pictures of it.

As a general rule hoodies with collars are a no go, not hooded jackets but hoodies. Collared shirts are meant to be worn alone or with cardigans, crew neck sweaters or blazers and flannels should be worn alone or with jackets when weather appropriate. Maybe I'm just old school but I never combine those anymore, I really avoid hoodies in general actually.
