I hate it when I see Ronin post in the Emporium/ned_ballad post in the Major Speculation thread and it's not one of his amazing models/juicy new info respectively.

Not a huge fan of getting in a melee battle with someone and having them pull a crit out of their ass or crit stickies (or pipes) happening ever.

This whole dueling system needs to be reworked. I really don't see how it's possible to level up your badge without grinding/farming duels.
They should really lower the number of duels needed to rank up, or at the very least make them go by faster. Maybe every point in a duel could count toward ranking, so if I won a duel 6-4, I would get 6 points instead of just 1.
I think this is one of the reasons I don't see people dueling much. If the reward were a little more in-reach, people might try it more.

I totally agree when it comes to melee weapons but with other weapons it's not exactly common anyway

Whenever a server uses a !votekick plugin thing that uses the 1 key for "Yes"
People just hit it to get it out of the way and this leads to unfair kicks far more often than it should.

People that votescramble on Valve servers. It does it after each round (where you play as RED and BLU once a piece) as is. Thanks for reseting the map to 45 minutes when it had 3 minutes left, asshole. I totally wanted to play another 45 minutes of Thundermountain and not Goldrush.

If I'm finally in a good team, and it gets votescrambled, it seems that only I get moved to the losing team, and the best player of the losing team went to the other team.

People who don't look at the team list to see which classes we need. No we do not need 6 snipers or spys, especially since half of you are terrible at it. Yes, we will need a heavy. How about medic guys? Sticky demos and soliders? Spy-checking pyros? Pyros in general? God, I can't be 4 classes at once to fill up the holes

Dodgeball and prophunt.
Dodgeball is just some damn training grounds for people who can't reflect anything and to people who can, like me, it's just boring.
Prophunt is just a waiting game. You just hide and wait to be found or to win. It was fun in real life as a kid, but in a game like this?
And the worst of all, everytime I'm on slag gaming people always vote for these two so I can't enjoy any of the real gamemodes like Zombie Fortress and Fortwars. What is wrong with me, why don't I like these boring gamemodes like everyone else?

Some servers using the 1-4 map vote, trying to change weapon "You have voted for cp_dustbowl", end up dying because you couldn't pull your secondary/melee out and voted the worst map possible.

That Quake sound mod. It's not so much the voices that annoy me, but the giant white text constantly flashing up because a Sniper headshotted someone, or a Spy backstabbed someone, or any sort of death occurred. Thankfully later versions have an option to disable it (via a glitchy number key menu, of course).

Why do Dueling Minigames seem so rare? I've never gotten one in a drop. The only ones I've ever had have been handed to me (one was a 3 use remaining one from a friend and another was from a raffle). I've had about 2 name tag drops, 3 description tag drops, 1 paint drop (violet), and two hat drops in the year that I've had the game.

I usually get a cool item every week. Either a hat or tool item. The first time I ever got a hat (a Gentleman's Gatsby) my next drop a few hours later was also a hat (Pugilist's Protector).
This week though, I got 3 sydney sleepers.

I've only ever found 2 hats and both were garbage.
On a side note i once found 5 vita saws in 1 week.

I'm not sure if they "promised" it, but they did throw the possibility out there.
Also the replay system is getting on my nerves too. We still can't record in anything besides MOV, which is compressed to hell and a lot of editors don't accept it, or TGA/WAV, which is needlessly complicated and involves more programs anyway. And lately I've been having a problem where I select "Include Voice Chat" and some of the voices aren't getting played back.
