If you like challenging, but well written story mods, Puce Moose is always a good name to look for. He didn't write nearly as much for NV as he did for FO:3, sadly.

   Time travel sounds just crazy enough to work, which is basically what the Old World was in a nutshell. Though I guess if that was the way it worked, that last plan wasn't crazy enough.

Though Ostriches are deadly enough without all the mutation, they can break a man's arm, run faster than an olympic runner, bite with crushing force, and have super-sharp claws. Just imagine that, plus the stuff that made geckos capable of breating fire.

Project Nevada has a pretty awesome Rail Gun, but yeah I think there needs to be an official one. Chicago has so much potential for cool Prewar/Enclave shit.

It's supposed to be "Vault Tech" power armor. Massively lore hostile, I know, but I think it looks alright as far as power armor goes. The rail gun screenshot doesn't really do it justice.

You find out what a shit hole earth is and you wish to go back to the moon, locals learn about your plans and beg you to take them and gangs start to threaten you if you don't bring them (which you can't because you don't have supplies for more than 1 person) they start attacking your starting town so you defend the town Blah blah blah factions want to also make rockets and shit blah blah blah side quests and free roaming and shit and finding companions to help you find salvage you go back to the moon. You find the nasa base and repair one of the ships and you find out that you can bring more people on the ship (you get to choose which 2 companions come with you) and on your journey to the moon aliens found out about you and what you did to the other aliens and start attacking the ship (this will be the hoover dam battle) The aliens will shoot out the life support systems of your ship and so you run and grab the space suits ( there are only 2) and you must choose what companions Will take the suits or you can sacrifice your self to save everyone else. If you choose your self and someone else then the other person will go berserk and try to destroy the ship to kill all of you and you must stop them while fighting the aliens. I will now take your money.

Wouldn't it make sense for Captain Baha to bring some radiation protection?

Plus I think there should be a greater incentive not to nuke her. Like, it'll basically kill all the fish and/or make them into horrid mutants, so a village that relies on fishing to feed their people will help you if you don't kill the fish.

There should be a cool scene where Large Marge explodes and rains her guts down on the ship. And depending on how far off coast you are, you could swim out to where her body is and swim inside her belly, so you can loot all the shit shes eaten.
