I imagine if you set it with a starry night skybox, and had some really desaturated color correction, it would work really well for a "Film Noir" type atmosphere.

If you go into Photoshop, generate some noise, blur it slightly, and adjust the levels, you've got some pretty good stars you can tweak from there and use for a skybox.

Not sure what the GIMP equivalent takes though, I'm not used to using it.

I've been working on getting the animated puddle texture from BioShock to Source. After hours of fiddling with the .vmt, I've got it working, but as far as I know refract textures can't have an alpha channel (to make a more natural puddle shape). If I'm wrong about this, someone tell me and I'll fix it. I was planning on making a dirty Rapture map since Combine's got the clean one covered, but porting the L4D2 props to Ep2 has fucked up most of my other models, including all my BioShock ones, so that's probably not going to happen anymore.

Well, It's about a Lovecraftian cult who dump their failed sacrifices into an abandoned government bunker. A policeman investigates the area when a call is made by dog walkers about a body they have seen, which has apparently fallen down an air shaft.
Through investigation the player discovers a vast conspiracy to bring about the hideous birthing of an alien race through an occult conspiracy.

Nah, its just Ssbump with 1 + hours put into the textures, I could make them parallax, vote agree if you want me to do it and post pictures.

(If I do add parallax then its thanks to legend's shaders.)

The blue lines indicate the what you can currently see, the green ones what you can see in my suggestion. As you can see the blue lines clip the the sturcture.

I suppose that is true, but the seats look a bit small, he should get a picture of the stands

All the seating is based off the American Airlines Center.

The only one that might need adjusting is the seats being steeper in the section you pointed out.
