I really want vertical redstone so you can have street lamps that use the new lamps. But I wouldn't know how they'd do that unless Jeb made it so within a few blocks, like 1 or 2 above a redstone torch, things are activated. Would make sense because the torches burn and emit energy above them right? So some of that energy is channelled through the dust but some goes straight up to 2 or 3 blocks so we can have Dirt/fence/fence/lamp.

Oh god that would mess up every redstone contraption in existance.

If it's just a matter of shifting it one block to the side I'm sure an admin would gladly do so with WorldEdit.

The server crashed when I tried a thing with the dismantler. Will not tell you what because of obvious reasons, but I'd advise you to stay away from them until profan/rama has the situation under control.

The cathedral is free for anybody to claim for building on or with for any purpose.

If nobody claims, Skeeve is going to dismantle it for resources. After he starts to dismantle it, anybody is free to dismantle it.
