    Cool, but how're you going to do the lighting without it looking like complete shit
    Well right now it's very much a work in progress. It only creates a basic material for the textures and was compiled on fast settings.

    The goal ultimately will be a way for people to rip models much more quickly, and to enable people who don't have extensive knowledge of the conversion process to be able to convert things on their own.

    Posed by rusty, I've made the BSAA vests a seperate ragdolled prop, along with most of the pouches n stuff on it into other seperate props that you can pose over to make your own variations.

    It also includes all of the gear presets the BSAA use as bodygroups.




    About half the prop pouch stuff have bodygroups and skins themselves, like the knife sheath (remove knife), holsters (remove pistol\legmount\taclight), AR mag pouches, pistol mag (remove mags), radio pouch (remove radio), grenade pouch (remove grenade).

    That looks really nice, was expecting them to just re-use the L4D2 model for that.

    Could tone down the phong on the gloves and hands a lot, though. Maybe a little less on the gun, too.

    Possibly true. I couldnīt find any other textures than the ones of the tabe, the glasses and the fog inside them. All other objects (like the fluid) have custom textures, i scrapped together. Itīs still a beta, and iīm not satisfied with the glasses` shading either.

    Donīt worry, the flames are a problem of the render in the program.
    Maybe, iīll rig it to the normal source skeleton, so it can be made as a playermodel or even an NPC.
    I would also need someone kind enough to give it simple face flexes.

    Animated VTFs aren't too hard, I made one using multiple textures to create an animated, translucent and glowing laser from Crysis 1.

    It has some fingerposing, faceposing and eyeposing (thanks to bloocobalt, I used his MW2 Secret Agent's parts). Also, bodygroups for hands, helmets, gear setups and even for a scarf. And skingrouped facemaps.

    Bravo Six, if you're watching this, then rig ALL TEH RUSSIANS! So I could add more shit to these models.

    Someone should really port the Rainbow Six Vegas 2 head models and gear models (Kneepads, shin pads, all types of headgears, vests, shoulder pads, and hand armor)

    I know this is possible because Predaaator had atleast ripped one head model and various head gears. Most probable is that they will come out low quality, but texture edits would be done later. Might be good model hackage material.
