Oh ho ho, you haven't seen anything yet. Wait til you get into an arcade. You will almost always get hearts, and the blood donation machine might drop like 1 coin for you if you blow it up.

Golden God should unlock an item

Call it like Midas' Touch. Every three enemies you kill or something, you get a coin. The more you don't get hit, the more coin gain. If you get hit, the item resets.

Was in the Womb when I found this weird enemy.

It acts like a doppleganger, but fires 3 huge shots in a spread.

Anyone else ever see one of these before? I havent until now.

I have see quite a few of those in the sheol so I assume you have never made it that far.

Only ever been to Sheol once, so not really.

Yes, it is pretty rare.

They're about as rare as finding Leapers in the Caves.

I'm guessing you've gotten Everything's Terrible; along with a more difficult "final" boss and more challenging enemy spawns, it allows certain enemies to appear in higher floors than they normally do.

i've got leapers in caves and those flies that shoot in a + formation when you kill them in basement and i don't have any of those
it's not really too rare

I don't usually put out fires, and I only go into challenge rooms if it's a gold chest or item.

I just beat Satan for the first time
Judas, 13 hearts (5 fucking health ups, I love you pill bottle), full dam, full attack speed, and full range. Meat boy level three and 3, count em, 3 flies. I love this game

I swear, this game is just fucking with me.

Throughout an entire Blue Baby run, not a single spacebar item presented itself, nothing but passives. I even picked up a 9-volt in one of the item rooms. I took a victory poop on Satan's corpse, though

I still had a solid run, getting 2 pretty flies off the bat as well as a cube of meat, pentagram, blood of the martyr, lump of coal, and other damage upgrades. Then I picked up Whore of Babylon and started tearing through things even harder

I would have gotten Dark Boy if it weren't for one of those rooms where you're trapped with a few of those moving spikes, the leapers finally hit me with a single hit and the rest of the run was unscathed.

I was going to rate winner until I noticed your game crashed.
Man, that sucks.
The only time I've had the game crash was when I died on Scolex. (I had half a heart with no dmg ups, don't scold Me, I know it was bad.)

It's a section that appears after winning 10 times or randomly appears. It's a really hard section is all I know.
