Good colors and lighting
Nothing special, but posting it anyway. I've never shot sport, but was required to for my photography module this term.
Went to a rugby match, got pretty drunk, said I was going to leave once I got a shot I was happy with.
Got this in 2 minutes. Left.

Pretty happy with the result, as rushed as it was. Whacked the iso up and crouched at the sidelines. Wasn't too hard.
Got 89% in my photography portfolio for the module :D
Didn't you post those before?
I realized I posted them in the wrong thread. I was posting them on the flattering pictures thread not the creative one, so I decided to put them in there proper place.
I've been really uninspired as of late (for the past 4 months or so) which is why I've basically just been lurking the photo section. Everyone's doing some pretty awesome stuff.
As for me, this is my most recent stuff:

So, I'm entering a photography contest within my school photography club- same one as Red Pan. The theme is "Utopia". It is ending in like, 2 hours, and I still haven't decided what picture to choose. I have a pretty darn limited selection, none are really "Utopias". Which should I pick?

shame it ends so soon, because if you still had time I reckon an IR photo would look amazingly utopian.
I'd go with third, just because I generally think of utopia as sort of bright and perfect
Now this is inspiration.
Is there something that is keeping people away from vibrant, bold, bright colors in photographs. I am seeing alot of Black and White and dull color'd photos here.
I see plenty of vibrant images.
