I'm considering going outside tonight with my cheapo flash + wireless triggers and trying some self portraits in the inevitable rain storm
also, it might bring out nice atmosphere down there in oz but up here its just dull and grey
Fucking amazing shots! Where is that?
That place just looks so awesome!
It's been a while, but here's some (pretty poor) content. Fucked up most of my pictures and my panorama didn't work.

I was sort of shy to post anything here since A) I don't own a DSLR B) I'm just shy.. But I've seen you guys look friendly and I really want to learn stuff so criticism is appreciated. The first 3 pictures were taken with a D70s my cousin brought last weekend. The last one was taken with a point & shoot.

I know the ones shot through the glass are super ~artsy and creative~ but I was just really excited to have a DSLR in my hand and wanted to try stuff out. Anyway, I'd really like some cc.
If you eased up on the blue there, it would be perfect. Loving that beam!
Long time no post, thanks to army.

C&C appreciated, but not required
Bottomline: Pretty okay stuff. Better than my first pictures when I got a DSLR, for sure.
So, another time lapse. Quite fresh, made just some minutes ago. I am quite pleased with the result.
Haven't posted in a while because I find taking photos in bad weather to turn out insanely boring and this month has been a giant clusterfuck of snow, rain and gray skies. The few days it was sunny outside it was either getting late, or I was just flat out too lazy to leave the confined safety of my room.
Hopefully I'll have more interesting stuff during the summer...

^ Reminding myself to climb over the fence of that place. Looks abandoned. Might find some cool shit in there.
Shot some prom pictures for a good friend of mine. Sun was high in the sky, really bad chromatic aberrations all over the pictures. Ugh
the colours int hat image really remind me of the display pic of the guy above you :p
cool pic though, looks really out of worldly
dude nice, that one's really cool
Took it on the way to the only local store.
dat golden hour.
What settings are you roughly using to achieve those shots day after day?
Nevermind, read the exif data. F/7.1, 1/200, ISO 400, 35mm, Lightroom.
Looks kinda surreal. Kinda like a render of a 3D program.
oh those are from the same batch of shots, but yeah, there's a lot of post processing.
It's amazing what kind of details and potential you miss in what might look like a typical photo if you don't go through and actually edit them, that's why occassionally i'll end up with shots from the same batch day after day, because first run through I pick out the most interesting composition and subject wise, the second run through i might find something or even a few shots that were interesting but I missed the potential in, for whatever reason
on that note i've hit 98% of my 300mb of uploads for the month on flickr :(
seriously gotta upgrade to a pro accout
here's two, more experimental photos from yesterday
not sure if I like them or not, but they feel a bit interesting so might as well share
I feel like these could be good if I knew how to edit a picture properly in photoshop, what are some tools and settings I should look into?
Nice grass shot, needs moar sharp though.
Some pictures from a past trip
