Good, but for a 10/10 the song needs something completely unique. Can't really explain it.
This guy has a voice made of butter, and he plays all the instruments himself.

Oh Gogol Bordello... I'm not sure what to rate this because I guess I just don't get whats good about them. They just sound like mediocre comedy music to me, I can't take them seriously... This song isn't terrible, the instruments are alright, and its kinda catchy, but its just so ridiculous 5/10.

Yes this is awesome, I haven't listened to nearly enough Jethro Tull but this song has an epic build-up and is just in general really nice. Only thing I didn't really like was the vocals. 8/10

I started the song and liked it for a while until it started feeling really repetitive, after listening to it for 2 minutes at 2:30 it kicks back off again but goes back into another repetitive area shortly after, and continues in this cycle. Until towards the end at like 5 minutes which I enjoyed quite a bit.

Very interesting. It's mostly sound effects combined with vocals and drums to make a song.
It's a really peculiar combination (to me), but I think I'll give it 5/10.
Keep in mind that 5/10 means 'ok'.
