    Er, 3 days are plenty.
    - tell him to do sth. like Tai Chi, Yoga, Feldenkrais or simple, _relaxed_ stretching. works best for
    stiffness.
    - always work the basics. don't even bother with isolations, but start out light. teaching him the
technique like you do is good. plus he needs to get his body used to moving around.
    - teach him bench press, bent-over row, over head press, chin ups/pull ups, squat and deadlift. then
add some progressively heavier getting reverse curls and ab work (for abs 1 set to failure is plenty).
work the abs with heavy weights, too.
    - does he have any other health conditions we have to know about ? besides being weak and skinny

    Routine, i.e.:
    A:
    Bench press
    Bent Over Row

    B:
    Squat
    OHP

    C:
    Deadlift
    Pull Up

Started my Havoc cycle last Monday, doing a 5 week cycle, 20/30/30/40/50 (mg) p. day is what I'm planning on doing. Taking milk thistle/OCT, looking for a good PCT. Was wondering if any of you have experience with Havoc and have any tips/guidance to offer.

So what would happen if say a guy at 125 lbs had a calorie intake of 6000 calories, 220g proteins, 120g fat and very fiber rich(Shit a lot?), all this each day continuously.
Would he benefit from all these calories and other nutritions? And except gaining some weight, what would the side effects be? Diarrhea?

IMO, 6000 is too much for you, and there gets to a point where the calories are pretty much wasted

If you weigh 125lbs, eating those kind of quantities daily IMO would be a really stupid thing to do.
You would feel like absolute shit, be constantly tired, probably feeling sick a lot of the time, I would be unsurprised if you had trouble sleeping and perhaps could suffer other side effects from giving your body such a huge amount of nutrients for such a low body weight - you can overdose on many things which occur naturally in food.
125lbs is a very low weight unless you are very short.

What I would say to someone that weight who is looking at that kind of diet is - don't do it.

If you have just started weight lifting, do you immediately start trying to deadlift 500lbs? Not unless you want to fuck something up.
It's the same with diet. You don't go from a tiny amount of food (to maintain that weight I'm assuming it must be a pretty light diet) to eating a fuckton every day at the snap of your fingers.

    Okay guys, problem here.

I did some really heavy deadlifts today, so heavy that my grip failed when putting the bar back down and I had to drop the bar, multiple times. (Lifting it up was no problemo though)

And now my hands feel all weak and shaky, is this normal or did I somehow injure myself?

I'm trying to figure out if I should get into body building. I certainly want a good physique and have good sized muscles, but I'm unsure of how far I want to take it. Can anyone give me some pros and cons? Should I go for a great physique first and then decide if I want to get into body building? I think I'm having a hard time thinking about this because I can't quite imagine myself with huge muscles.

Maybe I should clarify. I am already working out, though I started just a few weeks ago. I certainly want to get to this level of physique, so this would be my current goal.

I am unsure about this level.

I suppose what I'm asking is if I should set the first one as my goal, and then go for the second one if it seems like a good idea, or to just go for the second one? Are both achieved through the same method? Sorry if I'm not being clear.

yes if u lift 2 much u will look like lee priest.

u know how much juice and shit those dudes are on? its impossible without elite one in a billion genetics or copious amounts of anabolics to even aproach that levels, not even regarding the decades of working out to get there.

It's more about setting a direction as opposed to setting a realistic goal if that makes sense. I wasn't implying I'd make it close to that level, but more that I would aspire to something of that magnitude.

yeah, you really have to watch out to not look like that
shit like that just happens overnight. it doesn't require decades of 100% dedication. nope.

    Edited:

i doubt you'll even make it to your first goal tbh

First one takes maybe a cunt hair over a year to obtain

2nd requires 5+ years of training AND boatload of AAS and whatnot to even get close to that. Shit lee priest's physique in that photo is actually very tame compared the current olympia monsters.

    Lol, cons to bodybuilding/lifting.

I think you should set a short-term and long-term goals if you are really interested in doing this. Not necessarily in looks either. What do you Benchpress/squat/etc.? Make goals for numbers you want to reach, that's what I do. The looks will come with it.

If for some reason down the line you want to stop progressing, then you do just that and figure out a good maintenance diet and routine. Personally, I'm just going as far as I naturally genetically can. Why not?

Hitting new 1rms all the time. Feels awesome.

At first my grip failed on DL new 1RM. Then I got mad, my heart was pounding and ripped the fucker off the ground with ease, so I added another 5 pounds and that I wasn't even struggling anymore. I could have done more but I want to "save" some progress for the next week too

I had a really tough workout today, not that I didn't love it, but it was really tough. I'm doing SL 5x5 and upping my weight again on Wednesday, is there a problem with deloading the workouts I'm struggling with by 10%? And if I hit that cap again a couple weeks later, is there a problem with deloading that soon again? I'm planning on kicking the workout's ass this week though.
