Er, 3 days are plenty.
- tell him to do sth. like Tai Chi, Yoga, Feldenkrais or simple, _relaxed_ stretching. works best for
- always work the basics. don't even bother with isolations, but start out light. teaching him the
technique like you do is good. plus he needs to get his body used to moving around.
- teach him bench press, bent-over row, over head press, chin ups/pull ups, squat and deadlift. then
add some progressively heavier getting reverse curls and ab work (for abs 1 set to failure is plenty).
work the abs with heavy weights, too.
- does he have any other health conditions we have to know about ? besides being weak and skinny
