Yeah same here. I actually see this as a kind of mini-forum/tight community. I mean most of us are acquainted with one another. A lot of us talk through Steam and game together too. I don't plan on "leaving" either.

Binary is easy to learn. Now hexadecimal. That's a bitch. Instead of doubling for each digit your multiplying it by 16.


Example:
3a4
4 X 1 = 4
a = 10 x 16 = 160
3 X 256 = 768

4 + 160 + 768 = 932
3a4 = 932

Eh hex is not that bad. Sure takes a while to compute some values but it's otherwise fairly straightforward.

The issue with binary conversion is that when people talk about binary they actually tend to talk about the ascii values of the text. So you need to actually also have an ascii table and know that you need to seperate it into octet segments
