Open in photoshop

Crop

Resize

Click this in the file menu

Mess with settings till it's under 102k


Then click save

There are probably easier ways, but this one works for me.

And the video type must be mp4 for use in photoshop.

All I did with your image was change the colors to 128 instead of 256
