My mom wants a laptop to use, we have $400 dollars and want to get the best bang for our buck. My mom wants a webcam, but it's not crucial. We just generally want a good deal. My mom wants a laptop since she wants to be able to carry it around from room to room without much trouble. What she'll be using it for is mostly browsing the internet and the most intense thing she'll do on it is the Sims 2, maybe the Sims 3.

Right now we're looking at this:

    http://www.amazon.com/ASUS-A53U-ES01...8409474&sr=8-1

    Is this a good deal?

That looks like a much better bang for your buck, though the screen is smaller, and you only get 2GB of RAM.

    Or hell, even this: http://www.amazon.com/Toshiba-Satell...682483&sr=1-20
