I was definitely not banned. I was on there for about 30 mins, then it disconected by itself. It lets me load halfway, then disconnects.

Yes, good idea, let's put something looking like it's been made in Google Sketchup in five minutes, blocky as as a replicator and with textures that would be discarded in less than a microsecond under Boba microscope. Seriously, they don't even look like textures, it looks like paint.. Slabbed onto a cookie?
Model isn't that bad, and textures look crap because they are set to unlit generic if i remember correctly, or something like that, instead of vertex lit generic. Mostly it's just useless to add to cap.
New Shield Core Shield could look like that only if we would be able to port custom shaders to gmod beta. It's animated, it's flowing in random direction creating random shapes. Here used purple colour.
I've got also an Atlantis Shield, but not finished yet :)

Aside from the fact aVoN didn't explicitly license his code, what I essentially said is that they're not allowing people to modify their code while essentially building on someone else's code.
what you not understanding is cap have avons permision to use his code in there mod

I don't care whether they have permission or not to use aVoN's code, it's the hypocritical nature of disallowing derivatives from a work which is essentially a derivative.
Presumably, as the sweat of these programmers'/modelers'/artists' collective brows, they are entirely free to place whatever restrictions upon their product as they wish. Other creators have been gracious enough to grant rights to use their products in the CAP - anything created or modified for CAP alone can be licensed as the CAP team wish. Anyone else who wishes to achieve similar ends is free to approach these original creators and seek permissions to use their work, separately.
It may be hypocritical of them, but there isn't a lot you can do about it, and its their choice on what they allow and don't with regards to THEIR mod.

The license is mainly set upon the Models/Texture's/Animations/Maps/New Code, as we the Devolopers dislike people touching/modifying our stuff!

Like Boba said, restirctions mainly go to our custom models/materials/sounds/ our code (btw atm aVoN code is probably less than 20%). And by "restrictions" we mean "ask before upload, we will surelly agree for that".
Everyone can modify whatever they want. You only need permission to release anything that you didn't make yourself. For example you make a new entity from scratch that uses a model from cap, you can upload the lua files, but you aren't allowed to upload the model. Another example is that if you modify the code for an entity, you need permission from the original creator to release it, because you are using his code.

Please note: New slow dial mode have some limit - you can't press next button on dhd before chevron locked (or we have too much problems with sounds etc). Also in this case sound emit gate, not dhd (dhd havn't press button sound).
