Walk over.
Take the blade.
Raise it to your non-existent throat.
Then, do the world a favour,
and kill yourself.
Alternatively, lick the blood, spit it onto the blade, cut yourself a little to get the adrenaline flowing, and walk through the door, preparing to go on an insanity-fuelled rampage.
Advice time: if you want your madness interactive to be anywhere near successful, you are going to have to take great pains to pull it off. I'd suggest original artwork done in MSPaint, some structure, and your own spin on things. Right now, it seems to be a clone of rovar's right down to 'you are a madness character who just woke up in a room', save for the fact that there is no plot device save an unlocked door and bloodstain, nothing to maintain my interest in this, and indications of greater laziness than any other interactive to date. Tomtyke's interactive was much more than a clone of rovar's in that it added his own story, his own artwork and different ways of introduction to new plot elements. You yourself should lurk way more. Have you seen the other clones? Did you see how poorly they turned out? Did you see everything that everyone said about madness interactives and just go "yep, this will be different" without making any sort of concious effort to make it different? Anyway, if you had something in mind other than another featureless room and decide to go from there, I and many others are sure to eat this stuff up. I wish you and your interactive the best.
I apologize, I'm just using this as a kick-start to even see if I could pull it off, I was planning to use my own art after this one... I didn't mean to offend. I do appreciate the advice though, it does mean a great deal to me. I have not seen any of the clones to be honest with you, I just know there are very many. I will do some browsing and research upon the ones which you have mentioned.
Although, might I ask, would it bother you if I continued this one as practice?
