How can I completely make my own theme? Not being limited to Areo Colours? But I don't want this to be a theme that someone else made, by "custom" I mean COMPLETELY CUSTOM!

Could someone show me or link me to someplace that can show me how?

Rainmeter doesn't have visual styles. Hell rainmeter isn't even a shell.
