I need a Lua Scripter/Coder to fulfill my needs.

I will pay 40 dollars in the beginning with paypal, and when everything is done another 40 or 50 dollars. I need this coder to guide me on making a server, choosing the best server hosting to pay for slots, and making a donation page on forums.

I can't risk that, and it's not a personal offense, I know I can't control ages. But I'm looking for someone who is a team or an adult, I find it easier co-oping with them during work projects.
