Hopefully this is the right place to post, as it is hardware related.
So yesterday, I was browsing around SteelSeries' website, and I noticed that their Dota 2 surface was back in stock. (http://shop.steelseries.com/us/surfa...2-edition.html) So I was going around and getting ready to purchase that plus a Sensei, and for some reason my purchase was declined and was told to contact customer service. Being that I thought I maybe let the purchase time out, I ignored it and put off the purchase until later.
So 12 AM today (12/24/2012), I checked my PayPal to see if I got any money from anyone (I was waiting for a refund), and sure enough I had money, but it wasn't from the person I wanted, it was from SteelSeries.
No where on there does it mention me buying anything from SteelSeries, and it says within the transaction they sent me that it was a refund towards a failed purchase. Being legal age in Canada plus the fact my PayPal had every inch of information about me, I couldn't hold on to the money or blow it on something else, I was psyched to fuck. I instantly got communication with Steelseries support, told them this error, and simply enough all I had to do was click a "refund" link, and send them the money back.
So they own the money, and my PayPal balance is 0$ again; thank god. I went ahead and got a proper purchase of my Mouse Surface + Mouse. Right after I checked my e-mail and my PayPal to make sure the purchase went through properly well because it's scary holding on to a huge corporations money. Instead I found this in my inbox.
Sometimes doing good things can reward you.
Now I already purchased my things from them, what else should I get? If I should get anything... Or should I decline the offer?
