Welcome to the new and fresh thread for TF2 Outpost.
TF2Outpost is a trading site created by Sneeza and moderated by these people.
Dedicated to the user, we listen to feedback and improve the site regularly to make trading easier for the entire community.
We have numerous features that other trade sites do not have, such as reputation, public BBCode/HTML, public posts, autobump, autoclose, etc.
Remember, donors also get several privileges.

My suggestions for now:
you should be able to hide your posts after they got hidden by the op.
you should be able to search for unusual effects and craft numbers
a special search that allows you to search through closed trades

A lot better than TF2TP.

Last time I checked, when someone suggested a search for unusual effects/specific unusuals, it was immediately shot down.

I suggested that he said it was impossible to implement which I think is BS because unusual searches all have it.

I think that the Add trade and Search buttons should be on the upper part (maybe near the Select backpack menu?), I don't like too much having to going down all the item images to press them.
(and yes I know the End button on my keyboard)

i'm pretty sure it would cause quite a lot of strain on the database

The stupid Steam Inventory causes tons of strain and almost no one uses it, but they still have it.

Some sort of filter for uncraftables would be nice, either by toggling whether you see so see them at all like you can with games and unusuals or as a separate search classification like stranges.

I mainly work with steamrep people, banning scammers, alts, and reporting any scammers.
I find that more fun.
Me and Helen(steamrep mod) are a scammer busting team. If you get scammed, come to me. It's recommended you have proof, but I'll see what I can do. I can guilt trip scammers sometimes.

I think when putting up a new trade there should be a "Search" thing. Lets say you wanted to find that one weapon in your bag, and you can't find it.
You click the text bar and type in "Eviction Notice" and it comes up, sort of like on steam

I think most of us were thinking Demo. You and I have talked in private before about her practices as well.
Sites nice, but it definitely still attracts more than a few bad apples.

Oh, it would also be nice if the settings for the home page could also apply when you do a regular trade search.
Other than that, the site's beautiful.

1) Remove colour support in notes:
It's fucking annoying.
2) ADD FUCKING SEARCH BY EFFECT ALREADY SNEEZA, I'VE ASKED YOU MULTIPLE TIMES.

I find the color really useful and we usually close trades that abuse it.

If you're going to bring in trade customization like this site-wide then can we get an option to disable it (without using the disable effects option)

I had Effects toggled to OFF yesterday and it decided to toggle to ON this morning for no reason.

Hey, legit complaint, can showing off items with no intention of actually trading them be added to the list of bannable (temp. or perma.) actions? Or at least be close worthy? Guys like NukaColaBomb throwing out trades just to show off their shitty pony names bugs me.
If this gets added to the rule list I'll donate.
