I've converted about a good 300MB of textures from this game. If anyone really foes so far as to actually get some ragdolls or models properly ported, I'll be happy to do the textures justice.

Yea I saw that, I just recently saw that he mentions that me may get them released by May 5th. Have to give these guys credits. Without these guys, I wouldn't have been interested in Gmod after the NPC War Phase

All right, folks. Is there any hero who can rig all marine ragdolls from AVP2010 if I send ya?
I've finished on Powerlifter and The Kat. More smoothing on dropship, but since he's working on it, I will come back with adorable sized vehicles.
And those weapons!
But it will take some time since I deleted all AVP2010 files that were ported into 3ds max format. But it doesn't matter.

ps. AVP isn't dead!
Uh, and one more thing. Even though I said I'm working on them, please keep the things if you people had in mind or already on progress. We need more wide selection that we can choose the better one.

I think porting the original marines is better idea since their arms are still too long.
Here's mine.
The problems they got is usually broken triangles, purple and black marbles and etc.
I'm just gonna upload it on May 5th however. If lucky, little earlier.

Here's mine.
The problems they got is usually broken triangles, purple and black marbles and etc.
I'm just gonna upload it on May 5th however. If lucky, little earlier.

has the predAliens Tail been Re-Riged yet?
it can be a REAL Bitch to try and pose it, especialy if your trying to make it look belivable, because it seems to be only posable in Chunks, not smooth like the normal Xenomorphs taill or the queen Xenomorphs tail

cooool, where can i get these ragdolls?
i dint know they where released ye- ....oh wait let me guss, there still in Beta mod arent they?

I think if that post illustrates anything, it's that they're still not anywhere close to being ready for a release.
What could you possibly do with a bunch of ragdolls without face or eye posing and poor rigging/smoothing/physics? They're not NPC/Playermodel compatible either.

Karl Bishop Weyland, I ported him too before, but it was using HL2 civilian bones.
Which means, his bones and fingers aren't proper, even worse than upper ones.
Thus, as you see I even don't have enough time to fix those poor guys in AVP3 android bones that I'm just gonna release it.
But, if luck follows, sooner or later some hero will suddenly appear and gonna work on them again.
ps. Another problems; They're taller than other models.
I'm not taking part in this, but I can say it's really annoying to find the proper textures.
Even some of they are missing, and it takes f-ing much time. He might think so too.

Oh, one more thing, guys. I'm not gonna release vehicles on May 5th since they need to be more
Smoothed and Sexxy.
And the scales aren't so good.

Someone need to work on marines again. Those guys in the link above have arms too long.
It doesn't go well with other AVP3 models.

Actually I made their arms as long as they should be. Their arms by default are stubby little sticks.

Well, that makes sense. Even though without comparing AVP models with default models,I felt something is tooo short.
