If you are really poor and want it cheaply you can always buy it for around 15-20EUR off a russian key site. There are only a few reputable ones so watch out

Just beat Max Payne 2 last night, so I have all the Max Payne games done so far. Going to rent Max Payne 3 on gamefly and test out the MP for two weeks until the PC version comes out.

Also yeah Max Payne has to be up there high on my favorite game series ever now.

If you want a good idea of how the last known RAGE engine will run on your PC (rockstar's engine) I would recommend playing LA Noire somehow and seeing how it runs.

However the newer version of the engine will technically run better
L.A. Noire doesn't use the Rage engine.

Nice try, but L.A. Noire isn't on RAGE.

I hope the optimization is good since my PC can run EFLC on all low 25-40 fps.

They already said they are optimizing for lower grade computers. They have been developing side by side for the PC version.

    And Max Payne hasn't?

Sure, it's not anywhere near as prominent as in GTA, but it's most certainly there.

Max Payne 3 is fairly cheap in here and I am on a borderline - save more monies to buy it or just simply skip? Are there any signs of system requirements already? I am afraid that it won't run for me - The Witcher 2 on lower qualities gave me overheats after about 30 minutes of playing (sometimes it lasted longer, a lot longer), but I could play GTA 4 inbetween Medium and High quality with major adjustments.

No requirements yet, but Rockstar have said they are optimising it for lower systems I think? I don't remember where though.

I know this is a thread about the games, but i'd like to talk about the movie. Despite having a small role, Nicole Horne was probably a stand out moment as well as the voice actor for Max Payne having a cameo.

Oh shit, i just remembered that i reviewed the GBA port of Max Payne.
