Well, I will not give up my porn but I can cut down to 1-2 days a week as a start. Won't be the biggest change but I'll see how I feel.

Maybe if you don't regularly workout. The testosterone boost from regular workout would increase libido overall. But, yeah you could do something exhausting to simmer down

Alcohol and porn aren't pathologic. You just have an increased expression of dopamine receptors on your nerve endings, so you always need more and more stimulus to get excited and to relieve cravings.
It then starts to ge physiological. And it's really hard to stop, like in the case of using heroin, as an example, bear in mind.
