    I'm no wizz in term of computer's hardware, so any suggestions, advices or modifications to this list is welcome.

    1. Motherboard isn't compatible. You need a 1155 socket motherboard if using that i5.

    2. Wait a couple of weeks, the new Ivy Bridge processors will be released soon.

    3. You don't need that Arctic Silver, the 212 Plus includes a tube of thermal compound.

    It's not even a couple of weeks. It's one week from today. Buying any Sandy Bridge CPU now is a mistake.
