While most Vega were destroyed their production plants are at the deepest point of the bunkers and protected by EMP Shielding. They continue to create advanced technology and will eventually move onto space travel.

That's pretty stupid. I get that you made the planet and wanted to use it for yourself, but you can't just keep saying "Oh, apparently, they have another wave of protection!" every time he uses a better attack.
Also, I won't be able to execute that plan we talked about earlier, my spritesheet got corrupted.

TPN Omega troopers are sent down to the planet, they are working their way to the deepest point of the bunkers.

With most of the bunkers being overrun by TPN Troopers the remaining bunkers send a radio message out to the ships orbiting the planet.

I'll think that this will be much more interesting if people draws plans fromt their ships and bunkers, also it will help people calculating damages.

Okay, I tried and failed badly. But I can tell you that the deepest one goes down for around a hundred metres and the others would be just over a hundred.

As the smoke from the first wave of attacks clears the Cartesian fleet launches it's first, preliminary attack. It involves sending the small ships on a risky operation to distract the flesh whilst extremely powerful nuclear missiles - about half the size of a small ship are launched towards the beast. The first big attack will come later...

Terraformation has been completed at last now that peace has been made with the Vega.
I promise is made to create a separate planet for the Vega to live on.
Meanwhile at Oneiroi II three of the ships are ordered to begin weakening the outer area of the...thing. Once penetrated the Super-Carrier (currently initiating its slipspace drives) will fire a single thermonuclear bomb into the hole as well as a Plasma Bomb.

The production of the 2 Interplanetary PMA's Missiles Is finished.
However, to prevent accidents on the detonation, the missiles will not be launched while The Paladin keep firing It's main weapon.
A terraformation project begins at Neyak, the PMA seek ways to mass product planets using their innovative energy technology.

Wow, Pretty awesome artwork going on here. Stopped by cus of some nostalgic feelings, and whatdya know.... Shenanigans in space! Everyone is like 200X better then the first thread, and so many rules now too. I dont know if i will join this one, i dont like the combat stuff on the first page, and i like having more then 3 medium ships, 1 large ship, or 5 small ships tyvm. :P

The Vega spread wide across the new planet. A large sprawling and ever-growing metropolis is built up in the center of the planet, all the colonies are pouting heavily which is slowly killing the planet. The Vega are rapidly researching and building ships and the freighter above the planet is equipped with plasma Gatling guns.

Yeah, probably a busy week for everyone.
Gonna make an Oneiroi declare tonight. (It's morning at the time I'm posting this)

(I'm making a quick assumption that time has passed since my last entry, and thus I can make a quick warp on my progress to catch up)
The small ship (now declared the "DE-Fox-1") successfully deploys a trading deposit for use between DE-598B and Taendra to trade raw planet resources (oil for ice). The trading is immediate. Delivery time for first package is estimated 12 hours.
On DE-598B a new, medium-sized ship is launched, titled the "DE-Ghost-1". It is a fast and dark vehicle capable of long-distance radio tracking, radio disturbance, and sending out small missiles. It is currently in orbit with no command. It has no radio frequency.
The DE-Space Station has reached the system-wrecking monstrosity, and is joining the battle of destroying the galactic threat.
The beacon on top of the station is brightly lit up in green, and a continuous beam of plasma is fired straight at the alien. The station energy is thus rapidly dropping.
They send out a message to the fleet behind.
[Comrades, we can only hold out for so long. You guys in the back are taking awfully long. Our stations weaponry was not made for this kind of battle, and we fear out plasma cannons will jam as the energy runs out. Please hurry!]

Newcomer Declare:
All throughout the system a cacophonous roar of transmissions turns attention to the area between Varaiyah and the relay (at least briefly for those locked in battle). What is not encrypted is unintelligible for the most part, but gunfire and explosions can be heard. Those nearby are quick to report that a massive structure roughly the size of a planet is coming through a sort of wormhole.
In five turns The Habitat will emerge.

The explosion from the superweapon condenses at an extreme rate and supercools into a planet. Within days the new Cartesian super defense is ready for action. Using the residue left over from the blast in the core of the planet, armies of technicians were able to create this beast of a ship planet hybrid.
X-SD 'Planet Tion'
The X-SD 'Planet Tion' was the third 'planet' in the Cartesians empire. It is the second most populated planet of the Gito's and is made unique by it's extreme power core which is used for intergalactic shielding. The shielding is capable of withstanding a full supernova, any type of nuculear weapon and most energy based weapons. Some consider it a sheep in the Cartesians fleet, others consider it a planet of culture and intelligence. Whichever your views X-SD 'Planet Tion' is capable of extreme feats of defense, hence it's classification as a super weapon.
It's first ability is it's ability to project all, or part of it's shielding onto another object. This of course leaves the planet vulnerable to attack as it's shields would be weakened or down, and with no actual weapons of it's own defeat would be inevitable.
It's second ability is to use some of the shields power to send an electromagnetic pulse in a large radius around the ship. This is it's only secondary defense to attackers, it's main tactic being to pull the EMP - propel the planet to a safer location and reactivate the shields.
Before I mentioned that it has no means of weaponry. I wasn't entirely telling the truth. As a last resort the planet can turn off all of the shielding and redirect all power to the main core. After a while the core will be chagred enough to cause catastrophic damage if it were to go into meltdown. The planet can self-destruct, killing everybody nearby aswell as all of the unfortunate populace inside.

The thread lost activity due to the fact that Milk got grounded because he was controlling the alien mass. Because we all banded together to shoot the alien mass, it created a clusterfuck in it's own right. No one wants to keep attacking to add on to the clusterfuck, and that's why we are here.
Throughout this entire thread I've been spriting a new army, and I'm quite excited to use them. So, personally I haven't been too excited about using this current one. Which contributes to part of the reason of my inactivity.
