It's terrible because there's too many pvp tards, they make it impossible to get anything done.
I think I've tried that mod before
I spawned at night and it looked like there was a greyscale + extreme contrast filter on everything
Anyone have any idea how I can get decent AO performance in HL2? I put it on quality which is enough for me to be ok with quality but I get like 30fps, and it's at like 95% usage on my second 580 but only like 15% on my first one.
Why does SLI suck for the source engine.
Well damn it I broke my kindle
Should I get another one or look for alternatives? I hated the way you had to organize collections, and how it only supported mobi (which is awful IMO)
Nook looks sweet, Kobo looks OK too
Apparently the random loud chirp / click on the DM001 drives are somewhat common, and is being investigated by Seagate.
Maybe it's caused by the flooding in Thailand :(
That's quite interesting news. Would be awesome to get an email saying,
"We are having a recall on the DM001 3TB models. We will fix the device and we'll upgrade them to our experimental 8TB drives." I'll take four 8TB drives.
Speaking of which, it's amazing how dense drives have gotten over the past 10 years.
Fresh content from EA Support:
10 minutes and a screen sharing session later...
"Everything on your PC is running like it should exept for Origin, clearly your hard disk is broken"
Thats gotta be the best computer support out there.
yay I'm in the MoP beta
To be honest, i don't think origin support is meant for supporting the game, just the software.
I'm still using 2 80GB drives.
I don't think I need to repeat myself, this is EA support we're talking about.
in my experience they've been excellent though
obviously you broke it
can't possibly be EA's fault!
I don't see how a company so successful (money wise) like EA can be this shitty.
Cause people will still buy their games and they get away with it.
Y'know how they always say not to leave valuables visible in your car?
I saw some fairly shitty, cheap looking car at a parking lot the other day
Whatever douchenozzle owns it had a fucking pair of Studio Beats hanging from the rear view mirror
I am editing through some of our fun in GTA4, and want to find a good track to use. something like 6 minutes. So I'm now looking on royalty free sites to buy a track to use.
But generally if you paid more for something than your car, you don't leave it in the open
Oh and this was in the nightclub part of the city, many drunk idiots roaming the streets
It can't be non-commercial.
Even though I've loved that song since I've heard it in tons of poops
Go find something good from Renard, he makes pretty much everything and doesn't care what you do with his music
Also it has to have a license, or a statement from him. Can't just assume he doesn't care.
I'm not Birgirpall.
I only played it for a hour but loved it.
Looking forward to release.
If I find something I like I'll email him asking him specifically.
I have an 8 minute video now. Think I should keep the videos 5 minutes long? people are more likely to view it and more money. Also means they would come out more frequently.
Also I'm doing the standard stuff of zooming-in-on-peoples-faces-randomly-to-make-it-funny. But I wonder if I should bring the full project into after effects and do motion tracking of the text to the people as they speak.
Would take maybe another hour for a 5 minute video. I'm going to bed now, but let me know what you think.
