oh I guess I missed the movie. Was too busy losing game after game in World of Tanks, including a great one where I solo'd two 50B's in my E-50 (ie T9 med killing two T10 heavies) and drawing. How good do I have to be at this game to clear 55% win ratio?

The more I play my amx 13 90 the more I seem to dislike it
Shitty teams have pretty much ruined all the fun in it, and since I seem to get targeted over others there's really no point to playing it.

i was in a match with my t34
shit team nearly ruins the game, and it's an m26 v 4 t7+ tanks all near our base
m26 makes a mad dash for their cap and starts capping same time they do, but they have 2 on the cap so they're capping faster. once we reach 40% the enemy decides to get off the cap and go kill the m26 capping (dont know why)
m26 finishes the cap, and a second later is shot but it doesn't matter and we win
im confused as to why the enemy left cap, i really feel bad for the players who had to watch them do that

We should watch Hard Boiled.
Aw, I kinda liked the way it was done in Planetside. You needed spotters on the field to aim your shots, and not the way you do in WoT: the spotter literally fired a beam where he wanted you to shoot. Also artillery was incredibly vulnerable to air vehicles and sneak attacks by cloakers. That said, I think they could have toned down the instant kill radius a bit (for infantry) but it wasn't completely broken or anything. Arty in PS2 would only concern me if it didn't take teamwork to operate it (ala WoT)

Reloaded was pretty cool but revolutions was meh. Mech fight part was pretty neat I guess but that's about it.

I thought Smith was a cooler character in Reloaded where he was just kind of a clever bad guy and not a metaphor for the anti-christ. The religious undertones and attempts to be smarter than it was turned me off of Revolutions.

Comparison of 7.2 (7.3 test 1) => 7.3 test 2 IS-4 glacis shape.
The red transparent layer is the 7.3 test 2 shape.
(I am not sure if the whole thing getting shorter and the spaced bit on turret getting removed were changes between 7.3 test 1 and 2 or 7.2 => 7.3 changes, but the hull thing got announced.)

In French tanks, you have to keep reminding yourself that you're a late game tank. Survive to meet enemies in the late game and you'll garner compliments from the team.
...if everyone doesn't die and get steamrolled at the start.

The IS seems to get shitter matchmaking than the Tiger does.

My first round with the 203 I killed an SU-100 and an SU-152 with one shot, as well as doing damage to a Tiger P.
a few matches later I onehit a T29 with an AP shell, who promptly accused my of being a noskill arty noob. I saw he had an efficiency of around 600, so I told him to look me in the eyes and tell me he had any skill by comparison. While he was arguing with me, a Patton snuck around our heavies and was coming towards me. I direct fired him once, he hit me once, then I backed back over the railroad incline so he couldn't hit me again. By the time he got to the incline, he didnt want to come over the incline because I think he thought I was reloaded already. He tried to kite me around to another part of the tracks, but I kept lined up with him. By the time he peeked over the rails, I actually was loaded, and I raped his ass back down to hell where he came from.

the tank performs fine as a support tank, but half the time my team will just decide to hide behind cover while i'm out there using my 6 shots and once i'm dead they decide it's the perfect time to start being useful but then they get shot since the enemy isn't preoccupied with me anymore
i really dont want compliments from these types of players

The SU-5 sure has been trolling hard in general lately.
In other news, SU-8 players are all goddamn retarded. One of them kept shooting me in my T-43 while there was a T1 HEAVY AND A KV RIGHT NEXT TO ME. Sure, dont go for the squishy T1 or the prime wide-ass target KV. You just know he was hitting me because he saw I was a medium and assumed I would be an easy kill. He hit me 5 times and only took about a half of my health.

No, he tried to kill you because he wasn't like other arty. He didn't go for an easy kill, he went for a good kill that helps the team.
